We really loved it, its location and staff. They have on-site restaurant called 1990 Steakhouse & Grill. We had simple check-in on arrival. Nice base for exploring Birmingham.

Quiet location including a train station very close to the place. The Birmingham Botanical Gardens was just 1 km away. We liked our stay in lucas house. Pleasant room with all necessities.

hotel was placed really close to such tourist sites as edgbaston. the staff was friendly all the time. we strongly recommend once again. private parking was a bonus.
